HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 11, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent’s engineer has prepared proposals for both geothermal
and sound wall solutions. Respondent will forward the proposals, along with its
recommendation, to complainants for review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 3:00 p.m. on June 12, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainants.
