    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 11, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. The parties agree that if respondent is unable to make substantial
    progress on the site within 60 days, this case will be set for hearing.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on July 11, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
    the complainant.
