HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 11, 2006, the parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The respondent represented that the new fan blades have been
installed but sound measures have not been performed due to malfunctioning motors.
The respondent represented that the motor will be repaired, although no timeline was
available. Once the motors are repaired, the sound measures will proceed. At this time,
the discovery schedule will not be revised. Tentative hearing dates are October 3, 4, 5,
2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on June 15, 2006, at 11;45 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainants, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
