    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On May 11, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. As it appears that progress has been stalled, complainant’s attorney
    will ask its inspector for recommendation on how to proceed.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 13, 2006. The telephone status conference will be
    initiated by the complainant.
