On May 9, 2006, Dynegy Midwest Generation, Kincaid Generation, L.L.C

Generation filed a motion with the Board asking for a revised request for an economic impact

study

. On May 10, 2006, pursuant to Section 27(b) of the Environmental Protection Act (415

ILCS 5/27(b) (2004)), the Board sent to the Department of Commerce and Economic

Opportunity a request for an economic impact study

. Based on the Board's May 10, 2006 action,

the motion is denied as moot.
