    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
    On May 10, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference. The parties
    represented that they participated in a meeting regarding compliance issues with the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency (Agency), on May 9, 2006. The Agency will respond to the
    respective parties on or before May 15, 2006. The respondent requested another telephonic
    status conference within the next 14 days.
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on May 25, 2006,
    at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each
    party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
    must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
    hearing.
