HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 7, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. The parties continue to discuss
settlement, and respondent is awaiting additional information from complainant.
Complainant will file a motion to withdraw the motion to strike the original affirmative
defenses today.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on June 12, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the People.
