    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 9, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer. The parties have reached a settlement agreement, and are waiting for the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency to issue the permit.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on June 12, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
