HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 13, 2006, respondent filed a motion to compel complainant to produce
discovery. Complainant advised the hearing officer that he does not oppose the motion.
Accordingly, the motion is granted. Complainant hopes to mail the requested items today.
The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 19, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
