    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 8, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties continue to discuss the possibility of settlement.
    Respondents have submitted a revised permit application with the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency, and complainant is waiting for the Agency’s comments.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on July 11, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
    the complainant.
