HEARING OFFICER ORDER

hearing officer. The consent order in a related enforcement matter is being circulated for
signatures. When that order is in place, petitioner will dismiss this docket.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on July 11, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
