HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 4, 2006, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. At the next status
conference, petitioner should be prepared to file another deadline waiver, or this case will
be set for hearing.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on June 1, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
The decision deadline is September 7, 2006.
