HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 28, 2006, petitioner moved to cancel the hearing set for May 3, 2006.
Petitioner’s motion states that the parties are discussing settlement, and may be able to
resolve this matter without hearing. The motion is granted, and the hearing is cancelled.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on May 16, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
