HEARING OFFICER ORDER

hearing officer. Petitioner did not appear. Respondent recently sent the answers to
petitioner’s interrogatories.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on June 5, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
The decision deadline in this case is November 16, 2006.
