HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 2, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties hope to have this matter resolved before the next status
conference. If the agreement is filed with the Board before the next status conference,
the meeting shall be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:45 a.m. on June 8, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
