HEARING OFFICER ORDER
A telephonic status conference was scheduled for April 27, 2006. Respondent did not
appear. The petitioner informed the hearing officer that it is waiting to hear from the respondent
regarding some reimbursement costs at issue. The petitioner also informed the hearing officer
that it will file a 6 month waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on
June 22, 2006, at 11:45 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each
party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing. If, however, motion to voluntarily dismiss is filed prior to the next status conference,
the conference will be cancelled without further order.
