    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
    On April 27, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference. The parties
    represented that they continue to move forward on the technical compliance issues and that a
    meeting is planned within the next 10 days with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on May 10, 2006,
    at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each
    party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
    must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
    hearing.
