    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
    On April 24, 2006, the complainants informed the hearing officer that the parties
    are exchanging documents and requested that its response time to respondents’ motion
    for summary judgment be extended. The complainants represented that the respondents
    have no objection. The complainants’ request is granted. The due date for complainants’
    response will be discussed at the next status conference.
      
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
    status conference with the hearing officer on May 3, 2006, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic
    status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
    responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
    prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
    hearing.
