    On April 20, 2006, the parties informed the hearing officer that they progress is
    being made towards settlement, with the parties exchanging documents.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer on June 22, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated
    by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At
    the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
    captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
