    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On April 24, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. As last reported, respondent expected to remove
    the remainder of the debris by the end of this month. Complainant will re-inspect the site.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:45 a.m. on May 18, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
