HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 24, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The inspector said the site has still not been cleaned, and complainant’s attorney
was unable to reach respondent. Respondent is directed to contact complainant’s attorney,
Michelle Ryan, at 217/782-5544 before the next status conference or this case may be set for
hearing.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on May 18, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
