HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 24, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant will send a proposed stipulation and settlement agreement to
respondent within the next week. If the agreement is filed with the Board before the next status
conference, the meeting shall be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on May 18, 2006. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant.
