    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On April 21, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties continue to make progress in settlement negotiations, and petitioner
    agreed to file an additional 90-day deadline waiver within the next seven days.
       
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on June 5, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
      
    The decision deadline in this case is September 7, 2006.
