On March 8, 1973, we entered an order in the above-captioned

case granting petitioner's Motion to Withdraw what we assumed to be

only a portion of the pending variance petition

. We have since

been advised by petitioner that it was the intention of petitioner

that the entire variance petition be withdrawn, which withdrawal we

allow nunc pro tunc March 8, 1973 .

Our earlier order of March 8, 1973 is expunged
