    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On April 18, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties plan to meet next month to continue settlement negotiations.
    Petitioner will file a 180-day deadline waiver within the next seven days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on June 27, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    The statutory decision deadline is August 17, 2006.
