HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 18, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. On April 5, 2006, respondent sent complainant a settlement offer that
is under consideration.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on July 17, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
