    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On April 17, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. The parties will discuss the possibility of settlement. Petitioner
    agreed to file a deadline waiver to September 21, 2006 within the next seven days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on May 22, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
    the petitioner.
     
    The statutory decision deadline is July 20, 2006.
