    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
    On April 12, 2006, the complainants notified the hearing officer and represented
    that they have a scheduling conflict with the April 27, 2006, telephonic status conference.
    The April 27, 2006 telephonic status conference is cancelled and is rescheduled to the
    date and time noted below.
     
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
    conference with the hearing officer on May 3, 2006, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic status
    conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
    own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
    the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
