HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 13, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are optimistic that this matter will be resolved without the necessity
of a hearing. A stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation), is being circulated for
review. The respondent represented that the corrective action language in the stipulation may
need to be revised.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on June 8, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation and
proposal for settlement is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be
cancelled without further order.
