HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 17, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The proposed stipulation and settlement agreement is awaiting the
signature from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. If the agreement is filed
before the next status conference, that meeting shall be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on July 17, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
the People.
