WAIVER OF DECISION DEADLINE
NOW COMES Petitioner, ARLYN D
. FISK, d/b/a ARLYN FISK'S SERVICE CENTER,
through its undersigned attorney, and waives its right to a decision within 120 days of the date of
filing of the Petition for Review for Permit Denial, pursuant to Section 40(a)(1) of the Illinois
Environmental Protection Act, 415 ILCS 5/40(a)(1), and extends the deadline for final Board action
for an additional sixty days from the current decision deadline, July 6, 2006 to
September 7, 2006 .
