HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 13, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The complainant represented that the parties participated in a meeting since the
last status conference and agreed that respondent will respond in writing on how best to address
the remaining technical issues. The respondent represented that it anticipates that it will forward
the document within the next two weeks. By agreement, the respondent’s answer is now due to
be filed on or before July 7, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on June 22, 2006, at 9:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
