HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 13, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are optimistic that this matter will be resolved without the necessity
of a hearing. The complainant is finishing reviewing a written settlement offer that was
forwarded to it on April 12, 2006. By agreement, discovery is stayed at this time and will be
discussed at the next status conference if needed.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on May 23, 2006, at 11:45 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
