Due to respondent being unable to appear because of sickness, the status conference
scheduled for April 13, 2006, was cancelled and was rescheduled to the date and time noted
below.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status call with the hearing officer on
May 11, 2006, at 10:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but
each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the
parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
