    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by A.S. Moore):
    This matter is before the Board on a petition filed by William Breuer to review a July 6,
    2005 determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    5/40(a)(1) (2004); 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.402. The Agency approved the third amended high
    priority corrective action plan, with modifications, for Breuer’s leaking underground petroleum
    storage tank facility located at Highway 177 and Hoyleton-Hoffman Roads, Hoyleton,
    Washington County.
    On March 31, 2006, Breuer filed a motion for voluntarily dismissal of his petition for
    review of an Illinois Environmental Protection Agency determination (Mot.). In his motion,
    Breuer states “that the matters for which the Petition was filed have been fully compromised and
    settled.” Mot. at 1. Breuer further states that he withdraws his motion for sanctions filed on
    December 2, 2005.

    The motion for voluntary dismissal is granted. The Board hereby dismisses the petition
    and closes the docket.
