HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On March 23, 2006, the Board held a hearing in this matter to address the issues raised

:

(1) in the Board's January 5, 2006 opinion and order, and (2) by the Joint Committee on

Administrative Rules. At the close of the hearing a date of May 8, 2006, was set as a deadline

for filing comments. The Board received the transcript of that hearing on April 5, 2006

.

Therefore, all comments must be filed no later than May 8, 2006, in order to be considered by

the Board before proceeding
