HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 11, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent reports progress with tire removal, but is still waiting to
hear from complainant’s field inspector. Complainant will notify the field inspector.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:45 a.m. on May 11, 2006. The telephone status conference will be
initiated by the complainant.
