HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 10, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are meeting today to determine when remediation might be
complete, and to continue discussions regarding the penalty issue.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on June 12, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
