    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On April 10, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. While the parties continue to exchange discovery documents on an
    informal basis, respondent asserts that the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) has refused to provide certain items requested months ago. Specifically,
    respondent requests copies of an alleged videotape, the name of the individual who made
    the videotape, the sampling protocol, and the inspector’s field notes and reports.
    Respondent requests that the Agency produce these items no later than May 1, 2006.
    Complainant did not object to that request. Accordingly, the Agency’s deadline for
    producing these discovery items shall be May 1, 2006.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on July 13, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
    the complainant.
