HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 10, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties continue to exchange discovery documents, and do not
require a formal discovery schedule at this time. Complainants’ responses to the
affirmative defenses are due by April 24, 2006.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on August 10, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainants.
