    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On April 7, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant has received answers to its
    interrogatories. When complainant receives documents in response to the request to produce,
    depositions will be set.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 12, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
