    On March 30, 2006, a hearing in the above-captioned matter was held at the Village of
    Bolingbrook Boardroom, 375 W. Briarcliff Road, Bolingbrook, Illinois. Attorney Albert
    Ettinger appeared and participated on behalf of the petitioners. Attorney Sanjay Sofat appeared
    and participated on behalf of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. Attorney Roy
    Harsch appeared and participated on behalf of Village of New Lenox.
