LIMITED WAIVER OF DECISION AND
RECORD DEADLINES
NOW COMES CATERPILLAR LOGISTICS INC. ("CLI"), by its attorneys Mayer,
Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP and provides the following limited waivers of statutory and
regulatory deadlines in this matter:
1. CLI agrees to extend the date on which the Illinois Pollution Control Board
("Board") is required to render a decision in this matter for 60 days beyond the
date on which the Board would otherwise be required to render a decision.
2. CLI also agrees to extend the date on which the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency (“Agency”)is required to file the record in this matter until 60 days
beyond the date on which the Agency would otherwise be required to file the
record.
