HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 6, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have not ruled out the possibility of settlement. However, since
petitioner’s attorney did not have authority to waive the decision deadline, a hearing was set for
May 3, 2006. If petitioner would like to cancel the hearing, an open waiver of the decision
deadline must be filed 24 hours in advance.
The parties will contact the hearing officer in the event that the hearing needs to be
cancelled.
The statutory decision deadline is July 6, 2006.
