    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
    On February 16, 2006, the attorneys of record for River East L.L.C., Chicago
    Dock and Canal Trust (collectively “River East”), filed a motion to withdraw its
    representation of River east. No responses have been filed. The motion is granted.
    River East is reminded that in an adjudicatory proceeding before the Board, like this
    enforcement matter, a company must be represented by an attorney.

    Code 101. 400 (a)(2).
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a
    telephonic status conference with the hearing officer on April 27, 2006, at 11:30 a.m.
    The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
    nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
    must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
    for hearing.
