    On April 4, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties are still waiting for the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to
    review respondent’s proposal for a supplemental environmental project.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:00 a.m. on July 6, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
