    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On April 4, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties continue to wait for the Federal Aviation Administration to approve
    the modified permit language, and will soon file their responses to the motion to intervene.
    Petitioners agreed to file an additional deadline waiver to November 16, 2006, within the next
    seven days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 8, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioners.
     
    The decision deadline for this case is August 17, 2006.
