    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On April 4, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties continue to make progress on the remaining technical issues.
    Petitioner is awaiting a report from its consultant which will be forwarded to respondent within
    the next two weeks.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on July 6, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioners.
     
    Petitioners have filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
