On March 31, 2006, petitioner filed a motion to cancel the hearing set for April
12, 2006 because the parties have reached a settlement agreement. The hearing is
cancelled. The Board will soon rule on petitioner’s motion to dismiss the appeal.
The decision deadline is June 15, 2006.
