HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 3, 2006, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. Respondents did not appear. On March 31, 2006, petitioner filed an amended petition.
Petitioner will wait to see whether the Board or the Agency have any questions before setting
this matter for hearing.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on May 4, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
